BOOT CAMP: All Levels - An intense interval workout combining power, strength, and agility. A fun paced class for all level of participants. 20/20/20: Twenty minutes kick, to get your heart rate up. Twenty minutes step, to burn the fat. Twenty minutes weights and abs, for a well rounded workout. PILATES/YOGA: Core strength and stability conditioning. Lower body toning and shaping with relaxing yoga stretches. KICKBOX TRAINING: For everyone. a powerful cardio workout with a Tae-Kwon-Do format, no grapevines or fancy stuff here. Real boxing techniques taught here. STEPPING STONES: A weighted step class. Basic movements, low choreography burns tons of calories. TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: Learn how to lift and train every muscle group in the upper and lower body, interval abdominals between sets, for a complete weighted class.
